The Barnsley Learning Net is a virtual and physical network, which enables children and young people to access every resource they need to develop their potential as learners out of school hours and within their own communities. A key feature of this exciting initiative is the use of state of the art ICT to create an e-learning network across Barnsley.

The Barnsley Learning Network also provides formal and informal access to education and training opportunities for adults. The network provides support and access to extend learning opportunities for young people, their parents and the wider community.
